Same as Cor3ys, got mine at Imakr. No issues to require support from ultimaker so far ( touch wood ).

I very much doubt if you will get your machine any faster when ordering from a reseller. That being said; all support is handled by ultimaker.

Sorry for my late reply.
If you buy your machine from a reseller I would advice to first get in touch with them.
Some resellers offer technical service themselves and that would be the fastest route.
If they can not help you, for what reason whatsoever you will be redirected to us and we will
be able to help you get back to printing again.

I bought mine from a reseller here in the UK (imakr) and Ultimaker have given me full support for my machine and sent replacement parts free of charge just like they would have if i had bought it direct from them..
This is one of many departments Ultimaker shines in they support there machines 100%
