Ultimaker Pro will not see new materials

Hi Folks,

 

I'm ready to throw this machine into the dumpster and desperatelty need help. I am unable to get my machine to recognize new materials. I have switched to BASF ABS and BASF CF, on the recomendation of Ultimaker, and the Ultimaker refuses to see these materials. I did see them for a brief period of time but since software and firmware upgrades i have had no luck. 

-Yes i uploaded new materials software.

-Yes i have turned the machine on and off.

-Yes i have updated all firmware and software too many times to count.

-Yes all material feeding tubes are unclogged etc.

-This machine has about 400 hours on it.

-Does anyone want to buy a slightly used Ultimaker Pro? 🙂

How do you have the printer and Cura connected? With a direct network connection or through the Digital Factory?

What firmware is the printer on?

I download to a thumbdrive and then plug the thumbdrive into the Ultimaker.

 

Firmware is Version 7.1.3

I checked the Ultimaker Marketplace and I did not see the specific BASF ABS and BASF CF you describe. 



Did you download the materials from the marketplace or did you create the custom materials yourself?

thankyou for the reply. ill go throught th troubleshooting steps again.

I used the marketplace for the CF material but i could not find the correct progile for teh BASF ABS.
