The first thing I would look at is: "What is the best orientation for the forces that are being applied?"
You'll have to take itno account that the strength between layers is less strong than the 3D printed bead.
The second thing you can consider is: "Can you apply post processing to increase strength?"
Have you considered annealing or coating the printjob with a primer?
Do you have a project file for us? It contains the printer and settings we need for troubleshooting.
To save a project file go to File -> Save project.
