When I first opened up my Kingroon KP3SPro it suggested I use the firmware from Ultimaker Cura and have never had any issues opening up and runnning the program before yesterday 12/10/22, I've been endlessly troubleshooting my printer to get it to work and now that I'm ready to test the calibration with a print I can no longer open up the Ultimaker Cura program and it just endlessly load with no hope of ever responding. I have restarted my computer multiple times as well as reinstalled the program twice, I'll try a different version but I'm really quite baffled as to how this could've happened as nothing has changed and I had no issues prior to yesterday operating this program

    Hey @FreedomFireArms,

    I have a couple of questions to narrow it down.

    1. Do you have multiple monitors? Does Cura start if you disable one of the monitors?
    2. Do you have GPU Tweak OSD overlay enabled? Does Cura start if you disable that software?
    3. Do you have a Ryzen Graphics card? Can you try this workaround? https://support.makerbot.com/s/article/1667412437627

    It's the dual monitor, didn't crash the open program but when trying to open it with the TV plugged in; it won't open. Is there a workaround to this or do I just have to deal with it??

    Same issue, only works when one monitor is enabled.

    @FreedomFireArms, thanks for the update.

    Unfortunately the bug seems to happen in one of libraries we depend on.
    If you want to follow updates you can check this github issue:

    Here are two workarounds you can try:

    After crashes with ver 5.2, I went back to ver 4.13.1 now it works fine with 2 monitors and one TV.
