I am guessing the latest update broke wifi? My printer won't connect. Wifi toggle is now defaulted to off and the toggle to turn it on is grayed-out and un-selectable, option to setup wifi is also un-selectable- entire box is gray. Scrolling down below the option for Ethernet is still active.  It was connecting just fine last week.

-restarted multiple times.

-checked the wifi this machine connects to is up and running

    Sorry to hear your having wifi issues.
    Its odd that the update would have caused this, as there was no updates that I am aware off that impacted Wifi functionality or drivers in this round of updates.
    Do you know what version you were on before you updated by chance?

    Additionally, I would highly recommend reaching out to UltiMaker Support directly so they can help you with this issue.
    UltiMaker does not offer official support via the community.

    You can create a support request here: https://support.makerbot.com/s/contactsupport

    I recommend including your machine's log files as that will likely be the first thing they ask you for.

    @paulpugh

    I am sorry to hear you are having problems with the WiFi.

    Could you please restart the printer, try again and export the logs to a USB drive and share them here? The restart will probably not solve your issue, but helps us locate the problem in the logs. Without the log files there is unfortunately very little I can do to help you.

    Besides this, I would recommend to contact support like @Dustin pointed out, or contact your reseller.

    Hi

    i think i have found the problem with the WiFi on my S5(latest firmware)

    As soon as i have finished a job and it is most likely going in a kind of powernap-mode ...the WiFi is turned off ..or at least the printer is exiting the wifi-network and wont reconnect.

    If i print several jobs after each other with a few minutes between it now problem, but after a longer period that problem occurs.

    Hope this helps ?

    I went through many debugging steps with Ultimaker support. No software defect, we rolled my firmware way back. nothing was found to resolve the wife problem so I am having a new board sent to me.
