Embedding things within prints

Is there a why to add preloaded stops in the build to allow the embedding of other things like magnets within the 3D print?

Yes.  There is a plugin called something like "pause at Z" or "pause at layer" just for this purpose.  It works with many/most printers.  Does your printer have Marlin firmware?

 

So in cura click on the button in the top corner: "Marketplace".  It's one of the most popular so should be easy to find.
