I tried that saving as both 3MF and stl format but when I slice them with Cura I still get 0g.

Then you are going to have to share a link to the model so I (or someone else) can hev a look at what is going wrong.
Sorry its taken me so long to get back to this but I've been very busy. Here is the stl file created in blender.
Sorry there @Jerrymc3 but that model is put together in such a way that it simply won't slice.
This is at 5X size in Cura.
Here it is at 5X size in PrusaSlicer.
Here my copy of the model is on the left.

So will your copy slice and can you send it to me or is there a way to fix mine?

I've made it a policy not to do peoples homework for them. You can probably repair the model in Blender. I think there is something going on with the very bottom as it never wants to slice.
It's sort of a funny deal. My normal tools for determining model errors all say that your model doesn't have any errors and yet no slicers can deal with it. Something is going on and Blender is the place to fix it.
Here is your model from the bottom. Is there a command in Blender to "Make Solid" or something like that? You can see that the bottom appears to be missing.

The stl file seems to contain two overlapping copies of the same object. There was perhaps more than one object selected while doing the export in Blender or something went wrong during a boolean operation beforehand.
Hope that helps!

Try loading the model into 3D Builder (which comes free with Windows). It will complain that the model is "invalidly defined" and offer to repair it. Then export the model as a new version.
