I have printed the above piece before with no issues with but now with the same settings & the same filament I'm getting a kinda sag/warpage after some time.

Generic PLA on a UMS3

Anyone any idea why it should start doing this?

    Only because I have done it myself a few times, but have you got PLA running on PETG settings?  Looks like could be running too hot and curling where the shallow overhang starts.
