Hallo,

 

habe folgendes Problem. Ich will einen zweifarbigen Körper drucken, Ultimaker 3 Extended.
Extruder 1 ist ein Core AA025, Farbe PLA schwarz, Extruder 2 ist ein Core AA04, Farbe PLA weiß.
Ob mit Brim oder ohne spielt kleine Rolle. Sobald ich das slicen lasse, habe ich ein zusätzlichen
Körper mit auf dem Druckbett, woher der auch immer kommt. Schalte ich beide Cores auf AA04,
dann ist der wieder weg ... ist das ein Bug oder kann mir das jemand erklären? An den STL-Files kann
es ja nicht liegen, nachdem der ja verschwindet, wenn man beide Cores auf AA04 stellt.

Bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar.

Ach ja ... nutze Cura 5.2.1

    das ist der sogenanet Einzusturm, da wird bei einer neue Schicht als erstes gedruckt, der verhidnert das evtl. austretendes Material am Objekt selber irgendwo hängen bleibt,

     

    einfach mal unter Duale Extrusion schauen.

    Den kannst du auch ausschalten - dann kleckst er dir halt dein Druckteil voll, bis der Befülldruck in der Düse wieder voll anliegt und die Temperatur eingependelt ist...

    Vielen lieben Dank Ihr beiden ... das war mir neu, da ich noch nie mit zwei unterschiedlichen Düsen gedruckt hatte ...

        New features
         
        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
