Underextrusion with 1.5 Layer

Hi, the feeder of my UM2 makes this horrible sound of the underextrusion, but only when I print with a layer of 1.5mm. A layer of 1mm works good and the phenomen does not appear.

I have the latest Cura and Firmware running and tried different sorts of filament, but no difference. Any suggestions?

How about the other settings such as speed and temperatures?

Also, what do you mean by horrible sound? A skip back is a pretty soft *tock* sound, nothing very violent about it so I'm wondering if there's something else going on.

Ok, I print normally with 210° PLA and 50mm/S. I mean this sound when the gear is skipping back.

An attempt earlier this day works...until 2 hours, then the failure comes again.

Now, he works fine too. But I think this could be not for a long time, its a 8h print. It´s a mess. I´ve put the little screw with gear on it a little bit backwards, maybe that was the failure.
