Wrong timing pulleys?

I received my Ultimaker Original + kit yesterday (only 1 week after ordering it!!!), and of course started building immediately. But I ran into problems when I was assembling the X and Y axis. I have 5 timing pulleys left, but only one with a hole that is wide enough for the axis, the other 4 have a small hole (like the pulleys that fit on the X and Y motors.

Did Ultimaker send me the wrong pulleys, or did I do something wrong?

As above. But fear not, UM customer service is awesome, and will rectify the problem. Raise a help ticket through the support section of the website. Sometimes help can be a little slow, but in my pretty extensive experience with them, they always come through.

I have already raised a help ticket yesterday evening, but it is hard to be patient :-P when you are assembling your kit! Now I'm assembling some separate parts, but I'm almost losing the bigger picture with these different, half-assembled pieces...

But I'm glad to hear your positive experiences with UM customer service! This gives me hope !
