How to hook up endstops?

I have a 1.5.7 electronics kit that came with a set of endstops that I can't figure out how to hook up. They have 4 wires instead of the usual two I usually see with ultimakers, +, -, empty, and signal. I'm not sure which ones too hook up to the electronics board. I know that there are two prongs for each endstop, but it don't know what each of the prongs are. Can anyone help me?
