thanks for all information, but I discover others problems. The screw in the back (the nut glue on board in fact) is impossible to tight because glue is broken. And the main problem, all printcore are glue to the frame because of nylon go between all many part. When I tried to lift the switch I turn too far and impossible to go back. Do you have any idea to remove printcore???? I'm out of business without my printer. Merry Christmas to you Yves

I try to repair my dual print head but the spring from printcore 2 fall down but now I'm unable to place it at the right place because I don't know where to place it! The printer is unable to switch between printcore 2 to printcore 1 do you have any picture of the spring in the right place? Thanks a lot!

Hi, I have a very big problem, during my last print, nylon stuck around the printcore (all around) and I have no idea how i can solve two problem. first : remove the nylon (Tollman 910... I know.... it's not ultimaker problem) and how to never have this problem again. actually my solutions are : a new head a new printcore cry suicide lol I need to print a lot of part during hollydays so please give me some help Yves R yves.rossignol@yrtechnosoft.com

Hello I'm Yves Rossignol a professional engineer in mechanical design. I'm french canadian so my english can be very bad. I teach as a lecturer at local university since 1985. My main course is FEA and design of mechanical component. In french we say that i'm a "touche à tout" "involve and interest in every thing". I'm an mechanical engineer, a structural one and I have a minor degree in metallurgy! But I have decided at 56 years old to realise my ideas. I have a lot of ideas but almost no money. I'm a heavy worker (workoholic) from 5 am to 1 am. I just have a new company involve in design and programming (all platform). I love my utlimaker 3 extended. Since last week, the printer doesn't work only 24 hours.... my last part take 69 hours to built in Nylon and PVA. I'm a power user of 3d software since 1997. So I have some knowledge about modelling. Hi, i try to use pla and Pva but it never stick to pla. I used std procédure. It work well with nylon but température is more high. I have pictures but i dont Know how to send it on this forum. I Will try your advice as read before.
