Do you see this on your printer or in Cura?

Is your camera view on orthographic? If you set your camera view to perspective it should zoom in more finer steps.

Could you share your project file? So I can look into your project file. And give more information about which version of Cura and OS you are using.

Config Option Suggestion: Scale print speed as print height grows

You could change the initial layer speed. Also you could use the post processing script: change at Z. But if you want it gradually you need to add a lot of these scripts 😉 -
You can change the Z height to 0.28 mm or another layer height. You will have than one layer printed. See the example below. Please let me know if that will work for you.

We never had a Tenlog hands 2 in Cura 4.0. Did you add it yourself?
