New Cura, Overriding settings !?

I generate a file from Cura 15.06.01 to a SD card.

Then I open the file in my UM2 and get the following warning: "This file will override machine setting with setting from the slicer". If I ignore the warning and continue, it starts printing right away, but temperatures are set to zero, and the head starts moving in the XY plane without moving the build platform up!.

The same STL file works well when I use it under the old Cura software.

The UMO wants settings such as temperature in the g-code. The UM2 wants this set on the machine. If the um2 sees a temperature setting in the g-code it will give this warning.

It could be that the m104 is the problem; it sets the temperature to 0. If you remove the m104 command and the m140 command, do you still get the errors?

the M104 and M140 is part end code? So those should be after the "G1 E-1 F300"
