It's a combination of my feeder posted by Sander above and Meduza's feeder which you can find here:

Indeed, and it seems that it's using a mk8 with 7mm effective Dia and 5mm bore.

but change helical wheels where it is pressed and runs the wire

What I mean me and changing the rotating parts that push the wire, how you change that part?
