Power Cord loose fit

Hey,

i have a problem with my Ultimake 2+ the power cord has a rlly loose fit. One move and the power cord

falls down. I tried to push out the little nipples but it doesent help.

The power cord is really tight going in to the printer. You have to push it really hard till it clicks.

No click, still loose fit. Pretty annoying when changing filament.

Can you post some photos? Maybe there's something wrong with it. Also another of the connector on the printer.

This is a common problem. You aren't plugging it in all the way because the circuit board isn't centered in the hole. Loosen the 4 screws holding the circuit board - just loosen them a little - then you can plug the connector all the way on (it latches permanently and won't come off unless you slide the latch on the power cord). Then re-tighten the 4 screws that hold the circuit board in place.
