We might need more than that info to give you a hand. Can you post photos? Or make a video? Or maybe also all that and post a gcode that doesn't work.

When this started? Old print files also don't work? What's the temperature on the heater (show on the screen). Is it more than 170C? Is a UMO or a UMO+?

without the above .... sounds like the nozzle is blocked, but heating, and has come loose so is leaking pla through the threads ...... time to do a bit of hot end maintnance ...... try an atomic pull a few times and then - warm up the nozzle - turn off the printer and gently undo the nozzle - take care here to be gentle or you can break everything - I use a round end spanner and pliers to ease everything apart. then clean everything up (a hot air gun and hard work) - warm up hot end and reassemble.

Before you start I would personally have some spare bits for the hot end available as it can be quicker to swap out the old one for a new one, get the printer back working while you clean up the old one for a spare.

    more info is welcome indeed,

sounds like the nozzle is open but no material is forwarded.

A good routine with a UMO is to heat up manually (controller) then turn the feeder wheel in the back until the material comes out and then start the print.

Is the feeder in the back closed in the right way?

I understood that it primes correctly so it can extrude, but after that nothing comes out, probably the bed is to close to the nozzle?
