Posted · Advice regarding my bad print.

Hello,

I have encountered an issue with my Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer when it print. The photo below is what happen to my print when I use 0.4mm nozzle. Anyone have any idea what happened to the print? Much help needed! Thanks! :)
