Hello,

I have encountered an issue with my Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer when it print. The photo below is what happen to my print when I use 0.4mm nozzle. Anyone have any idea what happened to the print? Much help needed! Thanks! :)

Hi @Ihaveeatenn, welcome to the forums! It looks like your print bed might be a bit too low. Can you relevel it and tune it slightly higher? Also, is it PLA or another material?

I agree with sander. Don't relevel - just turn the 3 screws 1/2 turn CCW to move the glass closer to the nozzle and try again.
