Where do we get replacement parts?

Hi, can anyone advice me on where on getting a UM2 main board for replacement. Ultimaker point me to this web shop http://inted.sg/accessories/ which sell non. If I need to order from this shop and wait for the shop to order from Ultimaker, imagine how much time I need to wait for replacement to happen. Can anyone please advice? Thank you.

Have you tried contacting Inted if they have the main board? Perhaps they have it available, but just not listed on their webshop.

I did the test again. Advice needed. Where is the fault? Build Plate? or Main Board? Thanks
