UM3 locked after factory reset

Hello,

after factory reset the UM3 start wizard setup, first asked for printcore and all works fine then start removing filament. Stop, I waited for 20 minutes, power off and on the printer, restart wizard, printcore ok, filament... waiting.... 

I can’t do nothing, only power off

..

I forgotten the answer.
I removed the filament manually, I misunderstood the message on the display.
