I'd suggest setting up and Raspberry Pi and install Octoprint. Then you can make use of the Octoprint plugin within Cura.

Hey there.
According to your log file, you are having "Permission Error".
Are you connecting with S3D *AND* Cura at the same time?
Basically, a first application which opens usb port for writing will win:)

Ultimaker has no interest in supporting USB printing. So if it does not work you will have to use something else untill someone from the community or eg your printer manufacturer steps in and fixes it.
