UNKNOWN ERROR WHEN CALIBRATING

I was attempting to calibrate my XY on the Ultimaker S5 right after replacing one print core from AA 0.4, to a different AA 0.4. Now every time I try to do anything I get this message. Any Ideas?

I think this means you’ve tightened the bed screws too much, so it is pushing the core up into the head.

The literal meaning is that it expects to see 1.5mm difference between the height of the fixed Core 1 position (with core 2 raised) and the lowered core 2 height.

That may be the case, if he did a manual leveling after changing the core.

But if he only swapped out the cores without doing anything with the bed screws, he's at the same point as me...

@klough: Did you change anything at the bed screws? Did you do a manual leveling or did you just swap the cores?
