Cannot abort or pause print

Hi,

I'm using a Ultimaker 3 and has a print job running at the moment which I want to abort.

Unfortunately as you can see in the attached picture there is no way to abort it.

I cannot access the printer at the moment to abort it directly.

Does anybody have a suggestion or any idea why it is?

It is a restarted print which was aborted once before.

Thanks in advance

    Thanks for the reply.

This was for one print only, so far everything is working again.

I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the restarted print, but at the moment I don't have the time and patience to make a real test.

Is it the same if you use Cura connect?

The picture I posted was in Cura connect, but in Cura it was also not working

I also tried to pause it within the API, but there i wasn't able to do it either. I think mainly due to the fact that my ID didn't give me authorized access (no idea why this happend).

So everything was pretty weird and I will test it when I have time to maybe figure out the problem.
