thank you for your replay. I would agree with cable issue, but how come sensor too low or too high? if is in same position always?
Not the sensor, the distance between the glass and the build plate platform. You can adjust the distance with the 3 screws, so it can be higher or lower.

Check the cables of your middle fan in the print head and check carefully if the wires are damaged. If there is something with the middle fan it produces a lot of interferences which disturbes the capacity sensor of the leveling procedure.
Another issue could be that the wires of the sensor itself are not ok or the connection to the board. Try to reseat the connector in the back of the head and check the wires (white, red) on the sensor board. It is the board you see in the back when you open the door of the print head.
And another reason could be that the build plate is too high or too low.
