Not identified artifacts on some part of the print

Hi everyone !

I am having trouble to identify an issue I am having with my 3d prints.

I have put some picture so you can see what I am talking about.

As you can see on the bottle, the print quality seems to be pretty good, however as you turn it arround, there is some weird stuff happening. I believe it is right before and right after the printer finished its line. To test this theory, I have designed an extremely simple piece and decided to put the seam line on the round part. You can see in blue that the seam line is prominent, I cannot put it in a corner because when I do it, the dimensions are not quite right. if you look at the straight lines of this part, apart from some ringing, the lines look ok.

If you look at the last picture, in the red circle you can see the same printing problem as on the bottle..

I have re-calibrate my extruder and flow rate but it did not have any effect.

I have tried to print slower and it did not change anything easier (3x slower).

I have also tried to play with retraction but it did not change anything 😕.

I am a beginner in 3d printing and I pretty sure it is a stupid mistake.

ps: I am using an anycubic Chiron, all these parts are printed with black ReForm PLA from FromFutura.

Thanks in advance for you help !
