Hallo community,

 

ich arbeite in einem Architekturbüro wir hatten zuvor den U3, der gut funktionierte außer das PVA natural wurde zu feucht ...

bei unserem neuen Gerät dem U5 macht aber vor allem das Hauptmaterial PLA white Probleme. Das Material läuft nach der fertigen Schicht unkontrolliert nach und verursacht unsaubere Modelle. 

 

Ich arbeite mit den Druckvoreinstellungen Visuell (Ultimaker Cura 4.6.2)

 

scheint so als würde die Düse nicht schnell genug abkühlen - bitte um Ratschläge! Danke

    Bitte einmal auf die aktuelle Cura 4.11 updaten und auch beim Drucker schauen ob er die letzte Firmware drauf hat. Das muss mit dem Default Profilen, vorausgesetzt es wurde selbst nichts verändert, ohne gröbere Probleme funktionieren.

        New features
         
        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface. This is useful in situations where the build plate is clear, but the operator forgot to select Confirm removal on the printer’s display. Visit this page for more information about this feature.
