Ultimaker S5 gives an error saying that we are using an old version of Cura

Hi,

 

On every print i get a popup error on the printer touch screen  saying that the print job was sent from a Ultimaker Cura 4.4 or older but we all use Ultimaker Cura 4.12.

This started happening after some update of the printer software and Cura. This happens from multiple PCs.

 

Any ways to fix this?

This is fixed in a firmware update for your S5 a while ago.

[ACDCC 0]

The S5 is set to auto update the firmware.

This should resolve by itself.

On Monday i will see on what  firmware it's running

There is no auto update option. The printer will only check automatically if there is a new update, but you have to click to actually update the printer when a notification popup appears.
