· One print head is dragging the material that is being printed over the piece
That is normal that one nozzle is lower. The head currently printing will always be lower. Manually push the switch on the print head and you can see it changes which nozzle is lower.
To get rid of those "dragging" lines go to the parameter:
combing mode and set to Not on Outer Surface
