Help! My S3 is not leveling the middle bed properly

My new S3 seems to be having trouble leveling. The problem is that he doesn't level properly in the middle but he does on the outside. As can be seen in the pictures, he draws a line from right to left at the level of the middle of the Y-axis. I now suspect that the printer is faulty because it also makes strange noises and maybe the axis is bent.

I'm not new to 3D printers. Nevertheless, I need help here, whether it is a hardware problem, since the printer is brand new.

 

I am very surprised that you buy a 3D printer in 2022 and you get one from 2020 that is still defective.

 

With an Ultimaker, I expect that I don't necessarily have to deal with printers. At the moment my China printers print much better than the Ultimaker S3.

 

I tried:

- Nozzle exchanged

-manually leveled several times

- cleaned and greased

-Bed screws various settings tested

-Glass plate checked

-Printer aligned with water level

The second to last picture seems to show that your glass is lower there.  Is it possible that there is a chip of glass missing?

 

Try flipping the glass over.  But you will definitely need some kind of glass coating on the other side.  I recommend glue stick and then spread the glue around with a wet tissue.

Thanks for the tip. But i have already tried it. I will claim warranty on Monday

You can ask for flatter glass.
