i just dont have the time to do it, it wants serial numbers of all the components etc.. i'll have to take a punt and hope it doesn't happen again.
I have downloaded the logs but they mean nothing to me, but yeah, my client isnt really happy as it was seemingly minutes from completion.

I would open a support ticket and submit also the logfile of your printer.
