UM3 Freezes Mid-Print

My UM3 freezes during mid-print at a random time and a random spot on the print model.
The printing nozzle is then melted on to the part itself and the printhead stand still over it. (As on the picture)
On the display the remaining time is shown but is frozen to the time the freeze appeared.
The control wheel ist still responsive and you can go through the different menu options but nothing happens when you click on it.
To clean out the printer and work with it again it is then needed to power cycle the printer and then it is responsive again.

Did anybody have a similiar problem or knows how to solve this ?

P.S.: Alredy tried different printing methods (USB,Network,Cloud), different models, factory reseting and firmware restoration.

This is usually a print cable issue where it loses connection between the print head and the control board. You can try reseating the print head cable.

It will normally throw an ER code when the cable loses connection with the print head though, it seems odd that they can still access the menus.
