Yes I also have the same problem with the S5. It jumps directly to the you are now connected.

Same here with our S5 also. Was working OK until a few days ago. Cannot print anything.

One more here. From the 8 ultimakers we have ony two S3 where able to connect again.
Already tried to reset all the Digital factory settings and check the network but nothing since yesterday.

We have an Ultimaker S5 pro bundle. Works fine when using Cura 5.1.0 or via the Management Console by ip-adress. But with the Digital Factory it is not possible to connect. The printer says it is connected to the Digital Factory and gives no code, while in the Digital Factory there's no printer shown and we still have to submit a 6 digit code when adding one.
Tried to reset the digital factory in the settings menu and tried to factory reset the printer. What else can we do? The log of the printer is added as .zip.

I moved your post to this thread. We have a known issue in the Digital Factory and the team is working hard to resolve it as soon as possible. You can check here with updates on the progress.
The Digital Factory team has deployed a fix for the pin code not appearing problem. It should be possible to manually disconnect/connect printers from Digital Factory. If you had trouble before, first disconnect, and then use the Connect menu option again.
