can i print this material with s5 printer

Sure you can. But the carbon will eat up your nozzle, so better switch to a steel or ruby nozzle, like the Print Core CC. AFAIK the feeder is wear resistant.

i just need to print about 800 grams or so hope nozzle makes it

can the nozzles be replaced like other printer or do u have to replace whole thing

You can install this material from the marketplace in Cura.

If your printer and Cura are connected over the internet your material will end up in the printer. 

However @dxp is correct, this profile is made for a CC 0.6 or CC 0.4 core so it won't work without it.
You can get it for here or at other Ultimaker resellers.
