Do you happen to have the plugin "Startup Optimizer" enabled in the MarketPlace? It simplifies the loading of Cura (to speed it up) and I believe one of the things it does is cleanup the number of printers available. If it is enabled then disable it and restart Cura and the printers should show up.
If it is enabled then disable it and restart Cura and the printers should show up.
It is better to use the "Extensions -> Start optimsier -> Restore all configuration files" option before disabling the plugin. Otherwise, if you at some point re-enable the plugin, your new printer configuration may break (because its definitions and profiles are once again not loaded).

Another Cura release has arrived and in this 5.8 beta release, the focus is on improving Z seams, as well as completing support for the full Method series of printers by introducing a profile for the UltiMaker Method.
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
