I'd recommend fbrc8.com, as they're -afaik- the official reseller for Ultimaker in the US.

Yeah FBRC8 is/was the company that does the actual assembly for Ultimaker printers in USA. If not them, I would just try getting in touch with any reseller such as Matter Hackers. Although I think you could probably get away without using the feeder ring while you wait?

Yes, Fbrc8 is an authorized reseller for UltiMaker in the US.

Also yes, any authorized reseller should be able to supply this part.

.. ya, actually I've been doing that for awhile but my material station will be arriving tomorrow and I'm thinking I'll need it then..
I did find a reseller to get me a new one but apparently it will take a couple of weeks but... get a load of this...

I printed a new one!   didn't think it would work because its so small but the S5 continues to impress me....
