Thank you for the advice. I have ordered 0.8mm drill bits, and will try modifying a nozzle myself. I'll post an update here.

as far as I remember these are a drop in replacement for the existing ultimaker .4mm nozzle.
For UMO, yes. But UM2 needs custom nozzles. Make sure to get the 3mm filament version of the filastruder nozzles and not the 1.75mm version.

You can get nozzles in various sizes at 3dSolex.

It's very easy to drill the nozzle out to 0.8mm yourself; drill bits are cheaply available on Amazon, and the nozzles are relatively soft metal.
