Any direct network connection (not through the cloud) works for that purpose.

I would assume BASF will bring such a filament if it is possible to print and post-process it.

Wouldn't do a reduction of the flow have the same effect?
And no, I don't see that effect on my Pro Bundle unless the first layer flow setting is crap for the profile used.

Genau. Man kann natürlich anstatt des Support-Blocker-Würfel auch ein anderes, geladenes 3D-Objekt als Modifier Mesh verwenden.

The distributors and resellers do not have access to the production documentation of an individual printer at Ultimaker.
Distributors know through which reseller a printer was sold and can forward an inquiry.
Please be aware that often warranty applies only to the original owner and is not passed on when a printer is sold.

What adhesion agent do you use? In case you use the glue stick and it is not enough you might want to try e.g. Magigoo Original for ABS and Magigoo PC for polycarbonate. Be aware the first one can adhere extremely well, depending on the filament brand.

If you still have the old white piece that grips the Bowden tube simply tak that one.

If you want to use a material the profile of which does not support the Material Station, you have to use a generic profile such as the PA GFF in this case. Be aware that it is not uncommon that this way fails at unloading the material.
Personally, I usually switch the printer off, disconnect the Material Station for such materials and put the spool holder back in, then reboot the printer so it starts as a standalone S5.Of course it does not hurt (hopefully) if you contact the manufacturer and ask if making the profile compatible with the Material Station is planned.

Sink it into the buildplate is even possible with the "drop to buildplate" option enabled. You should disable that option if you want an object "hovering" over the plate, i.e. creating a vertical space that will be filled with support structure. When you "unsink" the object, the "drop to buildplate" comes in handy again.

Should be possible. The two materials are definitively compatible. An issue could be stringing of the TPU.

The heatbed pcb including a 4-wire cable is available from a well sorted reseller (i.e. a preferred reseller as Ultimaker calls them).

Did you try to unload it, remove the spool (important!) and reload it?
Put Ultimaker material to the left edge of a bay.

Your Cura installation and the printer must have a direct network connection, so the firewall has to be disabled. Then Cura sends materials unknown by the printer to the printer at startup of Cura.

As Aquasys120 does usually stick pretty well to Ultimaker PC, I think the issues in your case come from the support generated by Cura. They seem to be very small and fragile. I suggest you increase the supports a bit by using the join distance and horizontal expansion options in the support section of Cura.

If a Pro Bundle was stuck on the Ultimaker screen, it has been a good strategy in the past to restart the Pro Bundle without the Material Station being connected, i.e. as standalone S5 and then perform a reset of the printer settings in that state before reconnecting the Material Station.

That is a very good advice. The reseller is always first choice to ask warranty questions. I cannot speak for other resellers or Ultimaker in terms of warranty. Sounds like a bug. Please report it to your reseller so it can be passed on.

You have the printer connected through Ethernet and it still has a WiFi enabled? That would sound like a bug too you might want to report through your reseller.

Sorry to be a bit persistent: Does the same print core also still work with other materials after you printed the I180 with?
As for the print core cleaning: did you use hot pulls or cold pulls? In case you used cold pulls: did you get a perfect mirror image of the inner print core geometry on the pulled filament? -
Does the same print core work with a different filament and does the I180 work in the other print core?

You can always manually arrange models in the build plate with the translation/move tool.
If your model stays in the aur, please check if you have "drop models to build plate" enabled in the Cura configuration settings.
Also, model errors can affect Cura's ability to arrange objects on the build plate.

Was für ein Material druckst Du denn, bei welcher Temperatur und hast Du das Druckbett auf dem UM2+ sauber manuell ausnivelliert?
