  1. I have an Ultimaker S5, with a firmware version of 8.1 or 8.2 (It keeps on giving me update errors so I am not sure). My Ultimaker S5 keeps on saying it is offline when it has a secure network connection and full signal. Sometimes it will pop back online for a few minutes but the go offline again. I have reset digital factory on the printer and reconnected it multiple times. It works fine for a few days after that but then it goes offline and online sporadically again.
  2. I have an Ultimaker S5 Printer with a glass build plate. I am trying to print with Transparent CPE from Cura UltiMaker (1 Kg Spool). The CPE won't stick to the build plate and either prints some, and then balls up, or it doesn't print at all and drags around a ball of CPE. I have tried glue but it still isn't sticking to the build plate. The CPE is new and was only opened a few month ago. I know it hasn't adsorbed much moisture because it extrudes consistently and doesn't have any popping sounds coming from the print core. What can I do to fix this issue?
  3. I have and Ender 3 V2 printer. I am using Silk PLA. I have had issues with bed adhesion and have tried painters tape and then glue. Glue seems to work the best but then, I run into the issue of having to re-apply the glue every time. This causes an uneven surface on the build plate (it is heated). I don't think I can wash off the build plate, but is there a better way to have good print adhesion without glue or tape?
  4. You can put each sphere in a different file and and then in UltiMaker Cura, go to individual item settings and change the infill percentage for each sphere. Then you arrange the spheres the way you want. Finally, Select all the objects and right click on them. This should show a menu (You should click "Group Models", also, make sure to unselect "Drop Down Model" for a free range of motion) and then the shapes will be combined to make one object. I tested it myself, and it works.
  5. The Ultimaker Slicer is adding in odd connections and then prints the connections too, it also keeps on cutting of the top of the files. I just updated to the newest version of the Slicer and it seemed to fix the issue, however, it just came back. So, I fully uninstalled the slicer and reinstalled it, however it still had the same issue. The slicer version is 5.6.0, and the Ultimaker S5 printer firmware version is 8.3.0. I have attached some pictures. What can I do to fix this issue? Prepare Preview Prepare Prepare Preview Preview Prepare
