If i print with 20% empty filling - the print is perfect. But if i print it with 100% filling -

a full solid object - the complete print is like a sponge - having the shape of my object but a structure

like a sponge.

What to do?

Infill must be understruding. Change infill speed or adjust emperature. Also 99% uses more filament than 100% (weird but true)

What are your speed settings? When printing 100% Infill I try to go slower. You could also try increasing the flow rate to 110% thats what I use.

Also are you using Cura or Simplify?

This is severe underextrusion. Probably your infill speed is too fast for your temperature and layer height settings. Notice that there is an infill speed that overrides the normal print speed. Don't use the quick mode settings as this hides all the print speeds.

Here are top recommended speeds for .2mm layers (twice as fast for .1mm layers):

    20mm/sec at 200C

    30mm/sec at 210C

    40mm/sec at 225C

    50mm/sec at 240C

The printer can do double these speeds but with huge difficulty and usually with a loss in part quality due to underextrusion.

Thank you. Reducing the speed helped a lot!
