Support Mesh & Anti Overhang Mesh

How do you use these functions? When I check either of them, I stop seeing the layers and I get the "ready to save to file".

Load the model you want to print

Load another model which you will use to define where you want extra support.

Position the second model (you may have to disable "Keep objects apart" in Cura's options).

Select the second model and then click on the "Per object settings" button on the left.

Add in the Support Mesh option and any other options you want to modify.

Hopefully that makes sense.

Note that the way this works now is not the way we envision this should work. We left it as it is now because it would take quite a bit of time to do it right and we did wanted to let people play with it a bit.

sorry, maybe I'm too stupid to understand it, but could you please once again explain the aim of the meshes (support mesh, infill mesh) and how they are intended to work...

tried around with two models - one the print part, one the support part, but was not able to understand the process... maybe with some pictures would help too...

Support mesh -> This mesh is to be printed as if it's support (usefull for manually adding support)

Infill mesh -> Apply all the infill settings of this mesh to the intersection of this mesh and all other meshes.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but infill meshes are not taken into account wrt printable regions.
