Thanks for explaining this so clearly, it is very much appreciated. I now have enough info and options to make this work I'm sure - now I need to tinker and learn to get the best result :-)
Any idea when we will see the new CURA software released?
Sorry for resurrecting this thread but I'm having the exact problem in Cura 2.3.0. Is there a setting I should change to actually get completely filled thin walls?
I attached a screenshot(although the infill is at 25% in the pic, the same thing happens at 100%)
In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
