Try setting "Line Width" slightly lower than 0.4. I set it at 0.38 and it sliced fine.
Thank you so much, clicking on settings and searching "Thin" allowed me to tick the "Print thin walls" option and now its slicing perfectly.

Your wall line width must be the same width as the thin wall you need to print and print thin walls must be on.

Your thin walls are too thin for Cura to slice; you need to make them thicker
