Hallo liebe Forumsteilnehmer,

 

ihr habt mir beim Einstieg in die Ultimaker und CURA 3.1 Welt sehr geholfen. Oft waren es "nur" Anregungen, manchmal auch Lösungswege.

Ich habe nun ein Curaprofile für CURA 3.1 erstellt, das das leidige Thema des Lochdurchmessers bei mir sehr gut löst.

 

Ich habe Abweichungen von 0,02 - 0,02 mm

- Achtet darauf das ihr den Durchmesser an der Oberfläche messt und nicht unten.

- Bei Bohrungen kleiner als 3 mm steigt die Abweichung minimal

Gleichzeitig haben mich die scratches auf der Oberfläche genervt gerade bei großen Bauteilen wurde beim letzten Verfahrweg noch mal tief in die Oberfläche geratscht.

Ich habe versucht ohne die Glättungsfunktion zu arbeiten. Bin allerdings auch Kompromisse in Geschwindigkeit etc eingegangen.

Den Punkt Coasting könnt ihr noch durch Coasting Volumen erweitern und genauer an das Filament anpassen.

Den Punkt Z-Hop verwende ich von 0.6 mm - 2mm Höhe

 

Verschiedene Einstellungen müssen sicherlich auch noch weiter Feinjustiert werden. Jedes Filament und jeder Drucker ist ein wenig anders.

 

Drucker:  Ultimaker 3 Extended

Cura: Version 3.1

Filament: PLA von eins3D Black

 

Ich hoffe es hilft dem ein oder anderen Nutzer weiter.  Und bitte denkt daran, das ihr das Profile auf eigene Gefahr nutzt.

      Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
