Hi guys

i want to print the inner wall and outer wall of an object with different speed depending on the position of the wall in the body of the object

for instance i want to make the out wall of the object in fast speed but the wall of the holes inside the object because they are small so i want to print their walls in lower speed

what should i do ?

I think, the "cutting mesh" feature is intended for those use cases.

I have not used it myself yet, and I'm not sure if there are instructions somewhere to find?

Basically you create and load additional meshes, place them in the areas around the holes, mark them as "cutting mesh" and define different speed settings.

(use the "per model settings" for the latter tasks)

Note that in Cura 3.2 (beta, and release) the term "Cutting mesh" is no longer used. Instead you set the Mesh Type to " Modify settings for overlap with other models ".

Think about whether you want a quality surface finish. "Fast speed" will not deliver and changing print speeds continually during printing will keep changing the pressure in the filament feed an give poorer quality.
