Cura 4 (MacOS beta) where did the plugins go?

Using the latest beta (4.0.0) there is no menu to access plugins. OctoPrint plugin is lost to me. I see plugins in the Configuration Folder, but do not see anyway to access then or their settings within Cura.

Bravo on the direction of 4.0!

The plugins are now in the marketplace.

I think the plugins need to be updated because 4.0 uses a different plugin SDK level (6 rather than 5) and so all but one community plugin are now unusable.

Ahh, good point, I haven't checked it before answering, but yes you are right, there is "nothing" at the moment.

Hi @ahoeben , is this right? If so, please update your plugins as they are very useful and I am missing them greatly 😢

PS - merry christmas!

I’ve submitted updated plugins before the beta launched, but have not heard anything since then. I don’t expect them to be evaluated until after the holidays now. I’ll see about posting a set of links to .curapackage files here.

I have posted a set of plugins compatible with Cura 4.0 beta here:

It also explains why - unfortunately - OctoPrint Connection plugin is not (yet) one of them.
