minor inaccuracies no same place, for about every layer

I have no way to explain this, but as you can see on the picutre, every line has some "inaccuracies" on the same place, resulting in a vertical 'line'.  You see two lines, by the way.  It seems that the nozzle has been starting or stopping to extrude on that place for every layer .. dunno.

Do you have any idea how to prevent this?

It could be the z seam. Try to set to set "Z Seam Alignment" to random, then it should be distributed all over your object.

You will always have a z seem, but sometimes more sometimes less visible. But with your object, it is hard to hide the seam 🙂

@smartavionics Do you have more ideas, how he can get rid of his z-seam with this object?

Hi, I would use the user defined z-seam position option and specify x and y values that position the seam in the least visible position on the model. There are other settings that can have an effect on the z-seam visibility. The retraction settings, print outer wall first, coasting (not recommended), wipe outer wall, etc. You will need to play around and find the settings that work best with that printer and filament.
