You can use the standart settings. But if you want to increase you print quality you should change retraction, temperature and speed settings. These are the most common things I would recomend for a beginner. But you cant change these settings for your printer. They are filament specific. There are enough videos on youtube. Just watch a few of them 😄

Have a look at this mod for Cura that has some nice profiles for Creality printers:
https://github.com/trouch/CreawsomeMod
It's not perfect but gives quite nice results

CreawsomeMod is currently being integrated into what will become Cura 4.2.
Edit: thanks for the likes, but the work has being done by Eric Ptak and @ghostkeeper here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/pull/5961

It's already integrated. It's in! But we've just today found an issue with Creality project files from before the merge not working after the merge. Hopefully we can get that fixed before the 4.2 beta or at least before stable.

Hi buddy, i'm just using the stock profile in cura for the ender3/PLA. The only modifications I have made are adding some start gcode for my bl-touch and modifying the infill settings based on what I'm trying to print. And my stuff comes out great.
