It's a problem with the model.  Did you create this model?  If so did you use sketchup?

 

If you didn't create the model then just run it through the netfabb free model repair service.  You have to create an account but the account and the repair service are free.

I made it with Blender. How come everything else is there except that part? I tried using Makeprintable, but the only thing it did was made the features very chunky thus ruined the overall quality of the model.

    Hey, thank you so much! I tried netfabb and it did fixed the missing area even though some details are lost. But overall it did a fantastic job! You can mark this thread as solved now! Thank you so much gr5!

    The problem is most likely that your car is not manifold.  Not solid.  Somewhere in that layer there is a tiny hole where two flat planes do not come together.  At least that's the most likely issue.
