Hi
I have a ultimaker3 and work normally fine.
but i have no a problem that the PLA core is not feeding anymore.
Initially i thought there was something with the reel as the feed wheel was grinding in the core.
Changes the spool and again it happend.
2 Spools and 3 product that on the exact same spot start to get faulty.

The feed unit has been opened to check, cleaned of small dust, knurling on feedwheel is fine, main gear wheel seems fine.
infeed of new material goes smooth

Anyone who has a clue?

The bowden tube is not in the bottom of heattube. The tube can go up when You are drawing filament out and melted filament goes inside bowden tube. Remember use clip both sides of bowden tube.

There is good video in Youtube to fix this problem.  Watch and fix  !!!
